The first BIOXPARC technology park is under construction on a total area of 300 hectares, located 25 km from the city of Marrakech.
Positioned in a unique landscape, at the foot of the Atlas Mountains, and only 30 minutes by road from Menara Marrakech International Airport, it is the ideal environment to host researchers from all over the world.
The BIOXPARC buildings are made using innovative technologies, which allow a high standardization and quality of construction: the construction technologies used ensure that all the BIOXPARC technology parks, anywhere in the world are installed, meet exactly the high standards required and they are made with the same identical construction specifications.
The converter equipment installed in the bioxparc is finalized for the treatment of waste from all sources and composition in order to simultaneously achieve sterilization or disinfection. Physical modification, volume reduction, dehydration and weight reduction.
The BIOXPARC Marrakech will be managed directly by the company CESCO INVEST: for
this purpose, recruitment and training of 5075 direct employees is underway.
